Why cooling is critical in industry

When gensets, transformer stations, compressors and process equipment cannot reject their heat safely, efficiency drops and the risk of failure rises. The fan blades in their cooling packages must run for years under high pressure, dust, humidity and vibration.

Because Multi-Wing blades can be assembled on the same hub with different blade counts and pitch angles, performance can often be improved without changing the existing motor or casing.

Choosing the profile by application

On genset and compressor radiators, wide-chord or increasing arc profiles such as 5Z, 7W and 6Z deliver stable airflow despite high system resistance. For large sets, the PMAX family offers higher pressure and lower noise.

In wood drying kilns, potato and onion stores and ripening rooms the airflow direction is switched regularly. Reversible profiles such as TR7Z, TR8Z and TR11W work with the same efficiency in both directions and give uniform drying.

In poultry houses, barns and greenhouses, long air throw and low speed matter; broad paddle profiles such as 8W and 8DR meet this need.

Materials for harsh environments

For tunnel ventilation and smoke extraction, AL 400C aluminium tested at 400 °C for 2 hours; for high-temperature drying, AL aluminium; in explosive atmospheres, anti-static PAGAS or carbon fibre reinforced PAG6-C; and for rail, low-flammability PAGV1. We can select the material together based on operating temperature and environment.
