Personal data and product photos you share on this site are used solely to prepare and send you a price quotation; they are not processed for any other purpose or shared for marketing.
Data controller
This notice is prepared under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) by the company operating multiwingfan.com (“MultiWingFan”).
Data we process
Through quote and contact forms we process your name, company, email, phone, city/country, requested products, message and any product photos you upload; for security, your IP address and browser information. Location and device data (EXIF) in uploaded photos are removed automatically on our server.
Purposes
Your data is processed to prepare and send quotations, contact you, run order and after-sales processes and prevent misuse.
Legal basis and transfer
Data is processed on the basis of contract formation, legitimate interest and your consent. It is not shared with third parties except where legally required, and with hosting and email providers only as needed to provide the service.
Retention
Quote records are kept for the periods required by law and for up to 10 years.
