About 3WL
3WL is the left-hand (L) blade of the Multi-Wing 3W profile; by Multi-Wing’s definition it turns counter-clockwise when facing the airstream. Request a quote for single blades or complete impellers marked “3WL” at the blade root.
Sickle profiles feature a blade tip swept in the direction of rotation. This shape reduces tip vortices and gives noticeably quieter operation at the same airflow. They are ideal for condensers near residential areas and projects with noise limits.
The W series is designed for large-diameter impellers. The 5W, 6W, 7W, 9W2, 1W, 2W, 3W, 8W and TR11W profiles are mounted with W retaining plates and are used in cooling towers, large dry coolers, genset radiators and tunnel ventilation fans.
3WL can be produced at diameters from 561 mm to 2,139 mm. Since modular profiles are cut in 1 mm steps, simply state the diameter that matches your existing shroud or venturi ring.
