About 5WR
5WR is the right-hand (R) blade of the Multi-Wing 5W profile; by Multi-Wing’s definition it turns clockwise when facing the airstream. Request a quote for single blades or complete impellers marked “5WR” at the blade root.
Airfoil profiles have a wing-like cross-section and deliver high efficiency across a wide operating range. From 2H to 10G, this family covers the most widely used Multi-Wing profiles, from small motor cooling fans to giant cooling tower impellers.
The W series is designed for large-diameter impellers. The 5W, 6W, 7W, 9W2, 1W, 2W, 3W, 8W and TR11W profiles are mounted with W retaining plates and are used in cooling towers, large dry coolers, genset radiators and tunnel ventilation fans.
5WR can be produced at diameters from 499 mm to 2,141 mm. Since modular profiles are cut in 1 mm steps, simply state the diameter that matches your existing shroud or venturi ring.
